Holly has been actively involved in alternative therapies for 15yrs. She gained her first qualification in 1998 at the Massage Training Institute, London. Since then she updates her vast range of therapies regularily. She has extensive experience of working with individuals and groups in hotels, spas and retreats both in London and throughout the South West. She has a deep understanding of the importance of body work, nutrition and periodic cleansing to enhance your sense of well being.

Phil gained his licenceship in homeopathy from the London College of Classical Homeopathy in 1999. Since then he has undertaken post-graduate studies in Alchemy, Astrology and other mystical disciplines. He also plays/teaches the drums. He lives peacefully with his daughter in Devon.

Simon is a qualified nutritionalist. Having held an interest in healthy living and diet for many years he eventually decided to train at the College of Natural Nutrition to deepen his understanding. He considers natural nutritonal foods and periodic cleansing the vital factors in maintaining a healthy into alive system, allowing us to love and feel connected to life.

Susannah was awarded a Licentiate in Acupuncture from the College of Integrated Chinese Medicine in 2003, having studied a combination of Five Element and Traditional Chinese Medicine.
The purpose of Traditional Chinese Medicine is to not only help a person become healthy but also to sustain that health throughout life. Traditional Chinese Medicine treats the underlying cause of disease and not simply the symptom. Susannah is a member of the British Acupuncture Council (BAcC) and abides by a strict code of ethics and practice as dictated by this professional body.

Susan Spencer is a qualified Yoga instructor. She has been practicing Yoga since 1995.She has a relaxed approach and upgrades her qualifications regularly throug her own Yoga practice and development.She focuses on breath and internal personal enquiry.
